These terms govern the use of the Visionflow SWMS website and mobile app. The binding commercial terms for each security company are set out in its subscription or pilot agreement; these terms apply to everyone who accesses the website or uses the app.
Use of the service
- The mobile app is provided to staff of security companies that subscribe to the platform. Your access is granted and managed by your employer.
- You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with anyone else.
- You agree to use the app only for legitimate work purposes: attendance, patrols, tasks, incident reporting, leave, and team communication.
- You must not attempt to falsify attendance (for example, by spoofing location or submitting photos of another person), interfere with the service, or access data you are not authorised to see.
Location and photo features
Some features require device permissions: location is used only while you use the app, to verify check-ins at the correct site, and the camera is used for photo attendance and incident photos where your employer enables those features. Granting these permissions is your choice, but certain features will not work without them.
Your employer’s role
Your employer (the security company) configures which features are enabled, manages your account, and is responsible for how workforce data is used within its organisation. Questions about schedules, payroll, leave decisions, or account status should be directed to your employer.
Acceptable use of the website
Do not submit spam, unrelated marketing, or links through the demo form. We may decline or discard enquiries that misuse the form.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and secure, but it is provided "as is" and may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. We may update the app, features, and these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
